Water Play is BACK!!!

I'm not sure if everyone remembers, but our school does water play Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day and they have BEGUN! Let's get excited people! Jack and Bella packed up their suits, towels, sunscreen and water shoes and headed off to a whole lotta fun today! Here are some pics that were sent out to our class!! Enjoy!

Way to go Aunt Kara!

First of all, my apologies for really slacking at this blogging business. It has truly been a hectic month! Now on with the exciting news! We spent this last weekend in Cedar Falls watching Aunt Kara graduate from the University of Northern Iowa. Yay! The kiddos had a great time. We grilled out at Aunt Kara's apartment and even had cookie cake! Jack and Bella were both big fans of the cookie cake. Imagine that. We also got a special visit from Aunt Kaisha who came all the way from Florida!!! All of this happened on Saturday. Sunday was Mother's Day! We enjoyed a nice day at home. So relaxing I forgot to take a picture! Nathaniel woke me up with breakfast in bed, gave me a fabulous watch I had been eying and even let me have a 2 hour nap in the afternoon. Ahhh.... I felt refreshed and recharged after such a wonderful day. Monday was back to the usual.... I wouldn't have it any other way. Happy Mother's day to all of the fabulous Moms out there!!!
